We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouses or international warehouses in China depending on product availability. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for U.S. warehouse orders and 15–25 business days for international shipments. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, although tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to international orders. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@happilyafterevermarriage.com. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue. Certain items, including personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days, although additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider. EU customers also have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
